I've recently switched from Sky to BT TV and broadband. I am having problems claiming the reward card. When I click the link in the email it asks me to login in to my account but I can't click on my account number. The screen is frozen.
Please let me know how I should proceed. Thank you,

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me this afternoon.
I am sorry for the problems you had claiming for your reward card. You were having this problem due to multiple older accounts associated with your BTID. I have went ahead and claimed for the reward card on your behalf. You'll receive an email confirming this. I have also arranged to remove the older accounts from your BTID - leaving just the active one on there.
