Hi,
I've recently switched from Sky to BT Broadband and the broadband service from BT is now active. I am having problems claiming the reward card. When I click the link in the email it asks me to login in to my account when the service is active. I can't then see a section to activate the reward card.
My account number is: Account No: ********

Hi @jamesgreenfield welcome to the community and thanks for posting, are there any old account numbers associated with your BT ID? You should be able to toggle between them as the reward card can only be claimed if you're on the new account.

@jamesgreenfield No problem, it will be emailed to you a few days after the 14-day cooling-off period finishes. There's a tracking link included in the confirmation email that was sent earlier.
