Hi, I've had the same issue as another member who has also posted on this forum around Products.
The problem is, that in trying to rectify the double billing issue, a product that is part of the account has been removed.

I have tried contacting them, but the call handlers are not really empowered to perform changes to contracts.
I was experiencing the same double billing issue as K_Yates and I contacted 150 on 3 occasions to try to resolve the over billing issue. The last call resulted in the cancellation of my landline (something i didn't request..).... i'd rather have a 121 discussion on the issue rather than within an open forum..
