Purchase broadband

Happy new year to the community

I have a elderly relative who hasn’t got any broadband installed in their home.

Would it be possible for me to purchase a basic broadband package and set up in my name and pay the monthly charge?

Any advise/help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Purchase broadband

it may be cheaper if relative qualifies for Home Essentials   you set up in their name but you pay the DD

Re: Purchase broadband

Yes that would be possible as long as your relative is happy to have it installed.

If the relative meets the criteria he/she may be eligible for BT Home Essentials broadband so it may be worth making him/her the account holder and you can be the bill payer.
