BT Full Fibre 500 ordered via Quidco link on 25 May 2023 for installation on 26 June 2023. All up and running, but cashback was not tracked. Have seen similar posts where moderators have stepped into help resolve, so would be grateful for an intervention if possible. Thanks.

As your order was completed over a month ago it should be updated that the order has completed. Your first port of call I would guide you to raise a declined cashback query with Quidco. They should be able to fix this for you. Why has my cashback been declined? | Quidco Help Centre

Thanks for picking up my query John, I should have added that I raised a claim with Quidco as soon as I could (27th May 2023) advising BT order reference, but status has stalled as “sent to retailer”.
Hello again John, it just states claim sent to retailer and to allow them up to six months to get a decision.
