Hi, another one of these which seem to be happening a lot… ordered Full Fibre 900 via Quidco link from bt in early March, finally installed the other week. Up until install cash back status at Quidco showed tracked, then after install went to declined. Quidco say declined by bt as the purchase was amended or cancelled in some form, which it wasn’t. Can anyone help? Cash back was for over £100 so not insignificant 😞

Since your order completed with us, I was able to let Quidco know. They have since changed your claim from declined to tracked.
