same here spent morning changing btid but system wont let me back in and same with the error only no ref to re chat with online app/chat team (billing ) (tech ) (support) last one said wait for 70 min for chat to be connected then error appeared this has been going on for few weeks now ready for third billing payment

Hi @theriddlerz1, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

Are you trying to change your BTID username? 
What happens when you try to log in with your existing BTID username? ie any error message
Have you tried using the MyBT app?

yes with tech earlyer yes system says this email is active now but lost all of the billing account leads to old account

mybt app and billing lost same with online tech support and phone is down with recorded message try reseting your bb to allow calls (phone not really needed but the recorded message repents after restart of the router)
