Iam also having the same problem with BT. They have charged me £80 for not returning equipment which I have proof was delivered back to them in Feb. I spike with help desk last week and they said there is nothing they can do to help. Iam not £80 out of pocket.

Hi @ChloeThornely, sorry you were charged for equipment you've returned.
Have a chat with the Billing Chat Team and give them the tracking reference and they'll be able to resolve this for you.
How to return and recycle your BT equipment for free | BT Help does advise:
You can still return equipment after you're charged
We'll credit you the full amount back to your account if you return equipment to us within 2 years. If your account is closed, we’ll send a cheque to your last known address.
