This exact same thing problem is the same on my account. I can't order the game pass due to it as well as update any details as it always reverts back to my old account that is close/not use any more. How do I go about getting the old account removed from My BT please?

Hi @BrightyAlmighty, sorry but you can't claim the Game Pass on line at the moment.
Use the 'Message now' option on this page Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will claim the Game pass for you.

However I still have issues with My BT due to an inactive account that it reverts to all the time online. How can I get this account removed from My BT please?
