Good afternoon - i came across this post since i too have a relative in the same situation - it has only come to light as they have moved her over to a new contract and digital voice.

I'm sorry your relative might have been miss sold a service. The quickest way to sort this would be to call our customer service guides on 0330 1234 150 so can you please give that a go and let me know how you get on.
