My broadband was activated on the 24 Dec no didn’t know about a link haven’t had much information to be honest
You can not claim until you are out of the 14 day cooling off period.
Yup, I think you'll find your 14 day cooling off period is complete on the 8th January 26.
Some of the answers from these so called experts is incorrect, You can claim the reward card as soon as you receive your order confirmation email, On the order confirmation email if you scroll down you will find a link to claim, If that doesn’t work, Contact Customer service via Phone or Chat online use this link

You can claim the reward card as soon as you receive the order confirmation email it has a link on it, It doesn’t mention anything on the claim page saying you have to wait 14 days
But there's a big enough banner on that page that states:

Yes but it also says that I supposed to click on a link to claim it and then they will send to me with in 30 days .
but I can’t click on the link to claim it
