Hi @carwynf1,

Openreach are still looking into this. I haven't had an update today and most likely won't now until Tuesday when I'm not in the office. I have been contacting our DI team to see if they got an further updates to the Openreach escalation but they are out of office today. As soon as I get any update, I will let you know what's happening next.
