Could you check mine for me too please? My game pass ultimate from BT is due to expire on 17th March, and I'd like it to transfer back to Microsoft billing.

Hi @smarkmith,

I'm going to send you a private message so we can check with the Game Pass team to see if you are being moved back to Microsoft billing. Reply back to my private message when you get a chance so we can message them for you. It can take more than 5-10 working days for them to get back to us after we've messaged them.

My xbox ultimate subscription has ended and I would also like to have my billing transferred back over to Microsoft, as currently I cannot use it.

Hi @RemovableSanity, thanks for posting and sorry you can't use the ultimate subscription as it hasn't reverted back to microsoft.
