12 months game pass
Hi there, yesterday I got my full fibre 900 package installed from BT, my order says it’s complete on the BT app however I haven’t received an email yet regarding the 12 months of ultimate game pass for free which was included in the fibre 900 package, is there a time limit on that I need to wait for this email? Can someone give me advice on this please thankyou

there are many other post on forum like yours using search
have you paid your first bill after upgrade? if not need to wait until paid
you also need to access MYBT to find offer using web browser
