My GamePass subscription has ran out again and when I try to renew, it says it’s still managed by BT/EE. I’ve never been an EE customer and stopped with BT last year.
This was apparently fixed back in August but it’s coming up again. Can this get fixed asap please?

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us.
Once the management of your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate has been sent back to Microsoft, it shouldn't be sent back to us without claiming a new pass through us.
