Hi, I signed up to BT last month and was told I would be able to claim an £100 BT rewards voucher once the cooling off period had ended. However, when I log on, it says there are no rewards to claim. How do I go about claiming the voucher please?
@KerryM Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems claiming the reward card. Do you have more than one account number on your BT ID?
