I Returned kit but still getting messages asking for it to be returned

Hi im having same issue, have returned kit hut still getting reminders and email saying I'm gong to get charged 50 quid on the 30th! Can you help please?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
