Hello I think I have a very similar issue to this and I have made a formal personal information request twice now to listen to the phone call where the policy was sold to my grandfather and this has failed both times.

My neighbour had to change back to her old ISP at quite a substantial cost to herself. She was clearly mis-sold the service by BT and had paid for a few months of this while also paying for her old service to continue.
Very poor by BT in view
