Same for us:

Now cancelled 4 times, the final excuse is something to do with "data integrity"!!!!

I have had no messages or calls to say these move orders have been cancelled, if it wasn't for me ringing to find out progress I wouldn't have known, furthermore because they keep cancelling and renewing an order the new contract price is more expensive than the quoted price!!

All i want to do is now cancel altogether but its seems we are outside the agreed cool off period but in effect we haven't got any agreement

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers and will not be able to deal with any issues relating to your account.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help, when everything else has been tried.
