Hello there, I am new to BT, completely fresh account but I am unable to see the content partner section still. I understand the delay and would like to get this sorted 😄

if you are a new customer and don't have more than 1 account when was your broadband activated?  has your order completed in MYBT?  have you paid your first bill?  you need to access MYBT using pc/laptop not using the app
