Hi John, I'm also having trouble claiming my Reward Card - I don't see any information when clicking through to the My BT Pages and logging in.

I am sorry for the problems you had claiming for the reward card. I have went ahead and claimed on your behalf. You'll receive follow up emails soon with instructions on how to activate, and use, the card.
