Refer a friend to BT Broadband and get £50 each

Hi, myself and my daughter did the refer a friend scheme, however my daughter has received her £50.00 voucher in mid April but I have not received mine. i have been on the phone to customer support but they tell me it is not something they can look into. I was advised to come here and contact @SeanD to request an update. Thank you!
