Removing old account ID from MyBT

Not sure if this thread is still active but id like to remove an old account too from my BT ID if possible?

I am pleased I could help you get this sorted out.  That's the old account removed now.  I'll go ahead and record your contact from here on to your account and I'll close things off today too.
