Hi @Darreni2023 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you tried ordering one in MyBT? This option will only work if we've asked you to return equipment and the bag hasn't arrived.

Bt has asked me to return a router so I did but I have another one I’m looking to return which might be the one they were looking for originally. So I’d like to request an additional one.

@Darreni2023 no worries, if you're still getting return reminders try the link as it should give you the option to be sent another bag.

@Darreni2023 I included the link in my first post, its says MyBT in blue, you need to click on it and sign in with your BT ID details. If you can't get it that way you can message the billing team on this link and they can order you one.
