Hello

I've had the same issue with this as I qualify under the rules for this tariff and I've spent a fair bit time to try get it sorted out via the message service which is great for me to use given my multiple health issues and I'm registered with the disability team at BT.

The relay UK service isn't an option for me 

They have all the details & I was told it had gone through yet it seems it hasn't yet they have my national insurance number & they checked I qualify through ESA so I'm not sure why it's as stressful to get it changed or as difficult?
