Hi, I hadn't contacted TopCashback when I posted my message here, but once I'd discovered the correct process, I raised a missing cashback claim with them on 06 Jan 2023 and on 11 Jan 2023 they informed me that it had been submitted for review, but that they estimate between 1-3 months to get a resolution.
