I am also experiencing problems  accessing my current Bill. The whole process with BT is a nightmare. You log in and wade through heavy sales-pitch stuff; 'upgrade here, new package there! Money Money Money!!'

I simply want to see the current Bill before committing myself to anything else. Very cheap Yankee sales drives which put me off.

It's good to see you again. I'm sorry you're having problems viewing your bills. Are you seeing any error mesages?

What does the error message say?
Are you accessing your MyBT via the app or on the internet? https://www.bt.com/mybt

Do you get the error on both?
