I am also experiencing problems accessing my current Bill. The whole process with BT is a nightmare. You log in and wade through heavy sales-pitch stuff; 'upgrade here, new package there! Money Money Money!!'
I simply want to see the current Bill before committing myself to anything else. Very cheap Yankee sales drives which put me off.
