I am having the same problem new customer and can't add my account to my BTID the yellow box keeps appearing

Hi @amy0389, thanks for your PM to confirm that you've now been able to add your account to the BTID.

Are you still experiencing an error when trying to log in BT Wifi?

Hi yes every time i try and connect to BT wifi hotspots it keeps saying my username or password is wrong
