I am currently having an issue where I have redeemed the 1 year free with BT which has now elapsed, and I have opted out of BT providing the subscription, but I cannot seem to remove BT as the "managment" service for my Xbox Live account.
I on the phone at the moment with BT Account Support who seem unaware of the problem.
Can you help?

Hi @Weebl, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. I've moved your post to create your own thread. I'm sorry that your account is still showing as managed by BT when your Game Pass has expired.
