Rebooking

Hi,

When my engineer came today to install Full Fibre. They had said for health and safety that they'd not be able to do the install and they'd need to rebook. We've been waiting for an install for almost a whole month now, how long do we have to wait for a rebook?

Something about the state of the home i believe, e.g. stepping on things etc. So i'm assuming he'd want the house to be cleaner by the time the rebook happens.
