After finding myself behind on a payment, and under threat of having my contract terminated, I immediately rang BT to pay in full.
I spoke to four members of staff over the next few days who reassured me that the payment had been made in time to cancel the termination, only to wake up to a loss of landline and a termination fee on my next bill.
could someone please advise on my next steps as I have now been over a week with no services and been totally ignored by the BT team. I thought that a decade of been a customer they would of been more considerate!
