I’m sure this has been asked before but I wonder if somebody will be able to advise.
I got a Smart Hub 2 from BT yesterday. Working fine so far. However when I made the order I asked the Agent about my old Hub and she said I could return it to be recycled and that I would be sent a bag/address label to do so. Unfortunately when I’ve logged onto my BT I cannot see an option to 'Return your BT kit' after log on.
The old Hub is pre 2019 (I understand there was some change to the T&Cs then regarding returning old equipment) so I’m not sure if it definitely has to be returned.
If it does need to be returned can somebody advise me how I can get a bag/address label to do so or even provide an address where it has to be sent too. I’ve still got the packaging that the new Hub came in that I could use.
If the Hub doesn’t have to be returned to BT can I just take it to the local tip to be recycled?

Call 0800 800 150 and request a returns bag
Cheers for that. I’ve given them a ring and they’re going to send a returns bag out in the post.
