Ref# CON-0004 Error When I try to take up the BT Home Essentials, Unlimited Fibre Plan.

Hi,

When trying to access the BT Home Essentials, Unlimited Fibre Plan; I get the above error after putting in my phone number and e-mail on the form online. 

Can somebody help me please, I am becoming exasperated.
