I referred a friend to BT in July 2022, despite receiving an email telling me to expect my voucher none arrived. Both my neighbour and myself have raised complaints, we have been referred in circles, told to expect responses within 7-8 days and still nothing.
The most recent communication was from a team saying they couldn’t help as they didn’t deal with refer a friend and this was the team we were told to contact. 1 year on from referral and it has made me very suspicious of the offer and BT’s integrity.
We have called, sent numerous emails and are being pushed round in circles. Very poor customer service, given that I made the recommendation in good faith having had excellent experience with BT, I feel very let down, in no small part because my neighbours overall experience has been dreadful, and now, they can’t even seem to get the process for the refer a friend scheme right?
