Refer a friend not working

Hi , my friend signed up to by broadband through the refer link I sent them, we were together when they did it, and it’s not showing up anywhere and I’ve had no email either nor have they, we need help please, thank you

I'm sorry you haven't heard anything after placing the order with your Friend through the "Refer a Friend" offer.  Please give our helpdesk a call on 0800 800 150 and the team should be able to help look into this for you.
