I joined back in December 2022 and was signed up using the refer a friend scheme by my brother. I received the email shortly after stating my £50 Amazon card would be with me after my first bill. It still hasn't arrived, and numerous calls to BT and BT Card Services have just resulted in me getting fobbed off on every call. The latest call to card services and the advisor just hung up on me.
Can anyone advise on how to actually get the reward please?
