Refer a friend, still waiting vouchers

Hi ,

I recommend two friends to join BT using a refer a friend link , its been now over 60+ days and no vouchers yet. 

Can someone please help me to slove it?

Thanks for recommending two new customers and sorry you've not had an update on the vouchers. As you referred them, you can check the status of your referrals by using the online status checker. You can do this by following the link you received in the email we sent you when your friend joined.
