Refer a friend vouchers not received

I referred a friend via the referral link. I have never had confirmation of vouchers, my friend has had broadband for over a month, has paid first bill.Wonder if I will ever get them, the tracker does not work.

I am sorry that both yourself and your friend haven't received the refer a friend vouchers.  Give my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0800 800 150.  They should be able to get you sorted.
