Hi,
Having come back to BT , my original MyBT account reactivated so i see my old account and the mother-inlaw's ( which we used to help manage).
My new account is listed only in the show my Bill, all other options it doesn't appear only the old closed account.
So i cant manage any services on new account or claim my BT digital reward card
