Just a bit of advice to anyone thinking of the refer a friend iniative. DONT DO IT.
Two referrals and twice BT have tried every reason not to pay out.
Lots of apologies and lots of excuses. Cant say Im happy one iota with any of the departments other than the actual delivery of Broadband. Every conversation you have with them its just contact someone else or wait 4 weeks. Just not worth the hassle. Worst customer service from a provider I have experienced, and Ive experinced a few.
