Refer a friend

I referred a friend on the scheme but neither of us has received the voucher despite receiving an email saying we will get it soon, we have both paid bills since the referral, it’s been more than 45 days and the correct email was used. I can’t find an email to contact about this and the online chat doesn’t connect me to anyone. How do I get this solved? Thanks
