Hi, i signed up with BT 22/11/22 and referred a fiend. I have been told twice now on chat support my vouchers are on the way. Who can I ask/ complain to as this is a year now

I've moved your posts to the same thread so we have everything together. I'm sorry you haven't received the vouchers. It's a long time but have you checked your email spam folder?
