I closed my account months ago and BT keep sending my quarterly business bill - which is in credit. Why has it not been auto refunded.
I seems the only way to get it back is to ask. The process of asking is torturous.

I suspect that if you hadn't cancelled the direct debit, you would indeed have been refunded automatically. I have every time I've switched from away BT.
If you were a BT Business customer you need to post on the BT Business Forum where somebody may be able to assist you.
