Remove BT managing Xbox account

My 6 months free gamepass ultimate with BT has expiored and I set it to not renew, could someone switch control back to Microsoft please. I had over 2 years left with microsoft before I added this and I hope it will still be on the account.

I have tried to do this from my account page at BT but there is no link to remove or manage the free 6 months ultimate as it has now vanished. Microsoft say it has to be done at the BT end

Hi @animal,

Thank you for posting and welcome to the Community. When did your Game Pass Ultimate expire with BT? Normally the control of the Xbox account would revert to Microsoft within 30 days of the game pass expiring with BT.

On the 5th Feb. Can this not be reverted manually. It feels like a punishment to have to do without it for a month because I don't want to renew with BT.
