Please can someone help?
I have two Accounts allocated on MyBT. We used BT many years ago and have an Old Account still registered so needs deleting. We are new Customers Recently so one ID belongs to this new Account.
I've tried Webchat and the people I was messaging were no help at all. Nearly two hours later and it's still not sorted.
Is there anyone that could help with this please?

Hi, @Kms999 welcome back to BT and thanks for posting on the community, I'm sorry you've had difficulty getting this sorted on webchat. The solution for this is to delete the BT ID completely so you can set it up with only your new account details. The moderation team can help you with this and I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch.

Can somebody help me with this issue too? I have 3x accounts on my BT ID and it makes it near impossible to use BT login as it defaults to closed accounts.

We no longer have account access through this community so unfortunately we are unable to help directly remove the closed accounts from your BT ID.
If you give us a call on 150 from a BT mobile or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone one of our guides should be able to help with your request to remove the accounts.
