Having spent a long time on the phone this morning to BT I have finally managed to get my new account linked to my BTID however two old accounts are still linked. I haven't been with BT for over 10 years so not quite sure why you still hold these details.
They seem to be causing issues with the app and keeps defaulting to a closed account every time I swap pages when logged in on my laptop.
Why is it that add an account is an option but delete an account is not?
