Removing Multiple BT ID's

Can't seem to find an obvious answer to this, but I have an old ID on my account that is blocking me being able to use functions on my active account. Is there a way to remove the old account?

@BalkanGhost welcome to the community, you should be able to toggle between the accounts to access the functions on your active account. 

I'll send you a private message in a moment so you can send over your details to the moderation team and we'll be able to help you get the old account removed.
