Why on renewal can not BT make you the best offer they currently have, I had renewed my contract after lengthy discussion with agent, later that day found better deal being offered in newspaper, so phoned and changed, again two days later better offer in newspaper, so changed again, that is when it got difficult, they changed my mobiles to EE who completely messed it up, wrong contract, wrong sim , less benefits, BT advised it was up to me to contact EE and cancel the contract, and the only way all problems could be resolved was if all new orders were cancelled, they would then call me back if four days to renew the broadband and mobile deals, but could not guarantee the prices they had agreed over the last few days. On top of all this they cannot sort recurring message I receive about insufficient capacity on BT Cloud, when I have only used 17%.
