I renewed my Broadband contract which offered me 12 months xbox gamepass ultimate but have yet to receive any information on activating it. I contacted live support who said they would forward it to xbox but have heard nothing. Under my products it shows nothing about xbox gamepass only tnt sports, mobile and tv.
Would appreciate some support on getting this sorted its the main reason i renewed my contract
